Many people think that cooking caramel, especially salted, is difficult, but in reality, it is not.

Caramel is one of the easiest ways to complement, decorate and diversify any dessert. It can also be added to ice cream. This caramel is stored for 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
sugar – 100 g
33% cream – 70-130 g
butter – 25-30 g
salt
Preparation:
Prepare containers. They must be non-stick and with a thick bottom.
Pour the sugar into one container, but do not rush to mix it, and wait until it starts to float a little, and only then start stirring with a whisk or spatula.
In another bowl, heat the cream. They should be hot but do not boil them.
When the sugar is completely melted, gently pour the hot cream into it and mix quickly. But keep in mind that at this stage the sugar will be very hissing and splashing, so be careful.
Stir vigorously with a whisk until the consistency is completely homogeneous.
At the final stage, add sliced butter to the caramel and mix well.
In the end, add a little sugar to taste and stir again.
