Unbelievable, but in just 5 minutes you can prepare a surprisingly tasty and healthy snack or side dish for meat or fish. Sauteed spinach with lemon and garlic is one of those recipes that should always be kept in mind. Especially now that market stalls are starting to break from the greenery.
Ingredients:
spinach leaves – 250 g
clove of garlic – 1 pc.
juice of half a lemon
salt and pepper – to taste
Preparation:
Rinse the spinach leaves well, let the water drain, trim the thick stems. Peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, fry the garlic for literally one minute, add the spinach leaves and simmer until soft.
Add lemon juice and simmer for another 1 minute.
