When asked by one of the experts present in the studio what Poroshenko’s procedural status is in this case, she answered: “He is a witness in this case. And now, friends, I understand that we are all outraged, society is outraged, society wants answers and we will come to the answers and the truth professionally. If you want me to say guilty now or not, I can’t, you know. Because we immediately transfer the case from the criminal-procedural plane to the political one and do a great service to the person. We invite him for questioning in the SBU. So far you can see how. ”
Asked if she was ready to use a coercive pretext, the prosecutor general replied: “As soon as the investigator asks me to agree to such a request, I will apply it.”
