The Ambassador of Ukraine in Cairo and the employees of the Ukrainian diplomatic mission visited the headquarters of the Arab Organization for Industrialization and held talks with the Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, Lieutenant-General A.

Ambassador Yevhen Mikitenko briefed the audience on the results of trade and economic cooperation between Ukraine and Egypt for five months of 2021 (the volume of trade exchange during this period amounted to 684 million US dollars).
The two parties discussed promising areas and areas of bilateral cooperation, as well as ways to establish joint production, including machinery products, with their subsequent entry into the markets of Egypt and the countries of the region as well as the African continent.
Agreements were reached to intensify cooperation, including through exchange of visits.
