From June 9, France will open borders for travelers from other countries under conditions that vary depending on the coronavirus situation in third countries and the vaccination of tourists.

The French government has classified countries around the world according to three levels of epidemic danger – the green, orange, and red zones.
The green zone includes countries in which there is no active circulation of coronavirus and no variations of it that cause alarm. These are the countries of the EU and the European Economic Area, Australia, South Korea, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, New Zealand, Singapore.
The orange zone includes countries where the virus spreads on a controlled scale, without variations that cause alarm. This zone includes all countries except those in the green and red zones.
The country of the red zone is where the virus is actively circulating, including in its alarming variations. These are Argentina, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Turkey, Uruguay, South Africa.
What are the rules of entry for Ukrainians to France
Citizens of the Orange Zone, which includes Ukraine, will be able to come to France for any purpose, provided they undergo a full course of vaccination, as well as a negative PCR test, obtained no later than 72 hours before departure.
Unvaccinated citizens of the Orange Zone can enter France only on the grounds of serious need, having a PCR test done before departure, and will need to do a rapid test for antigen at the airport (selectively – at the request of the host) and undergo self-isolation during seven days.
What vaccines are recognized by France
France accepts vaccines recognized by the European Medicines Agency (EMA): Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, and Johnson & Johnson.
Proof of vaccination is valid only if it allows you to confirm the full schedule of vaccination, namely:
two weeks after the second injection of a two-dose vaccine (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca);
four weeks after administration of a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson);
two weeks after injection of the vaccine in people with a history of Covid-19 (requires only one injection).
