The team of the Architectural Group of the shop divided the space of the former exhibition center into two parts. The first part is an innovative IT school with a training cluster for 122 students with the ability to accommodate 44 additional training stations, presentation rooms, games, lounge areas, and kitchens.
The second part is a modern coworking space located on two floors. There are 16 club offices for 2, 4, 6 jobs or 64 jobs in the common hall. There are also meeting rooms, a modern conference room, lounge areas, a kitchen, and showers. Club offices on the first floor are partially realized from sea containers.

Space was zoned not only horizontally, but also vertically: part of the club offices was located in boxes with glass windows, which were raised to the second level on a metal platform. There is also a lounge area and meeting rooms on top, overlooking the learning process at the IT school and the coworking lounge area.
The works of the participants were evaluated by a professional jury. It included Hiroki Matsura, CEO of MADMA Urbanism + Landscape, Rene Sangers, co-founder of the Dutch studio MASA architects, and Julian Chaplinsky, former chief architect of Lviv.
