Young zucchini without large seeds are suitable for this recipe. If the vegetables are overgrown, it is best to peel them, which will make the dough less tender.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 medium zucchini (250 – 300 g)
300 ml of milk
250 g of flour
4 st. l of refined oil
a bunch of dills
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Step by step recipe:
1. In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, salt, pepper, and milk. Add sifted flour and knead the dough.
2. Cut the zucchini into small cubes and puree with a blender. Add to the dough and mix well.
3. Heat the refined oil in a frying pan, pour into the dough, and mix. Fry the pancakes in a dry pan. From this amount of dough, I got 11 pancakes.
