A delegation of more than 60 diplomats visited the digital exhibition of Makkah Al-Mukarramah projects in Jeddah on Thursday.

The exhibition, which was held under the slogan “Building Man and the Developmental Place”, was inaugurated on Wednesday by the Governor of Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region Prince Khaled Al-Faisal and his deputy Prince Badr bin Sultan.
The diplomats were briefed on the exhibition and on more than 100 development projects in the Makkah region.
The week-long exhibition features digital displays showcasing the region’s achievements, with a focus on cultural aspects. It also includes a number of competitions open to residents of the region and its affiliated governorates.
This is the first event to be held at the Jeddah Super Dome, which – with a diameter of 206 meters – is touted as the largest free-standing dome in the world.
