This oriental dish recipe resembles stuffed cabbage, but their difference is that the special taste of dolma gives grape leaves. And the most delicious is dolma made only from fresh lamb.

Ingredients
For minced meat:
lamb pulp – 750 g;
lard – 100 g;
rice – 200 g;
butter – 100 g;
Bulgarian pepper – 30 g;
canned tomatoes – 250 g;
grape leaves – 750 g.
For the sauce:
garlic – 1 clove;
cream – 30 g;
matzoni – 50 g;
greens – 5 g.
Preparation:
1. Pass through a meat grinder lamb crumbs and lard, add to the stuffing raw washed rice, chopped tomatoes in a blender, butter, and finely chopped bell peppers.
2. Soak in boiling water for 1.5-2 minutes grape leaves. Put in each leaf 30 g of minced meat and roll small rolls.
3. Put the finished dolma in a saucepan, fill it with cold water so that it covers the grape leaves, and cook for 50 minutes.
4. Serve dolma with a sauce consisting of grated garlic, finely chopped greens, sour cream, and mason.
