Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called on NATO to provide a full list of reforms needed for Ukraine’s accession to the alliance. The Minister stated this to journalists on the sidelines of the Diplomatic Forum in Antalya.

Kuleba reminded that at the last summit in Brussels, NATO member states once again confirmed the promises made in 2008 about Ukraine’s membership in the organization.
“Honestly, as long as we know that there is political will and enough time to achieve this goal, we are not particularly concerned about how we will join NATO,” he said.
Relations between Ukraine and the United States
The Ukrainian minister also reminded that immediately before the talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, US leader Joe Biden had a telephone conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Biden assured the Ukrainian leader that no decision concerning Ukraine would be made without Kyiv’s consent, he said.
This rule has been in force between Kyiv and Washington for a long time, Kuleba said.
According to the minister, the United States informed Ukraine about the content of the talks between Biden and Putin.
“We are satisfied with the current level of transparency and trust between Ukraine and the United States,” he said.
Kuleba noted that the talks suggest that the level of trust between Biden and Putin is very low, but Kyiv has no doubt that the United States will continue to support Ukraine and will not negotiate with Russia behind its back.
Relations between Ukraine and Turkey
Commenting on the information about Ukraine’s purchase of Turkish UAVs, Kuleba noted the high efficiency of Turkish drones.
“Turkey has not bowed to Russian pressure. Turkey – respects itself and enjoys the respect of other countries. The agreement is favorable for both parties, “Kuleba said.
Asked whether Turkish UAVs would be used in Donbas, Kuleba said the drones would be used as a deterrent by Russia.
“Russia will think twice before planning a large-scale operation or provocation against Ukraine. This applies not only to UAVs but also to any other weapon we have purchased. However, if Russia still launches a large-scale operation against Ukraine or launches an attack, we will use UAVs to protect its territory, ”the minister said.
