No later than July 24, all higher education institutions will start registering entrants who enter specialties that require the results of creative competition.

Creative competition is a form of testing for admission on the basis of complete general secondary education, which involves testing and assessing the creative or physical abilities of the entrant required for higher education in certain specialties.
This year, creative competitions in higher education institutions will be held before the submission of applications for admission.
Entrants to the budget form of education will be required to pass entrance exams and creative competitions from 1 to 13 July. Additional sessions will be held for contract entrants from July 14 to 23.
At the same time, the specific dates for submitting applications for the creative competition are determined by the rules of admission to each institution of higher education.
It should be noted that when registering for entrance exams and creative competitions, a higher education institution does not have the right to require external independent assessment certificates from entrants.
Also in higher education institutions, entrance exams and creative competitions must be held in at least two streams. This is done so that in the two educational institutions chosen by the entrant, entrance exams or creative competitions are not held in one day.
In addition, the fact of passing entrance exams and creative competitions is not the fact of submitting an application to this institution of higher education.
