Cake – a great option for dessert. But sometimes you don’t want to bake something and cook for a long time. If this is your case, try ice cream cake. You will not have to bake it.

Ingredients for the cream:
eggs 2 pcs;
sugar 150 g;
sour cream of 20 percent fat content of 500 g;
vanilla sugar 1 sachet;
corn starch 2 tbsp. l .;
butter 50 gr.
Ingredients for the cake:
flour 250 g;
sugar 70 g;
butter 150 g.
Preparation:
Start cooking with cream. Beat two eggs in a saucepan. Add regular and vanilla sugar, starch. Stir well until smooth and bubbling.
Add sour cream and beat again. Put the pan on medium heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly with a whisk. It usually takes 2-3 minutes.
Add the butter and mix properly. The cream will be thick and fragrant.
For the base, pour flour and sugar into a bowl. Stir until smooth.
Roll the butter in flour (this will facilitate the process) and grate on a large grater. Grind butter, flour, and sugar with your hands until crumbly.
Pour it into a non-stick pan. Fry over low heat until golden, stirring constantly.
Assemble the cake. You can use a pastry form or a detachable ring. It is better to lay it with thick polyethylene greased with oil so that the sides remain intact.
Pour a couple of spoons of crumbs on the bottom and level on the surface. Add a couple of tablespoons of cream on top and also flatten. It is necessary to level it accurately that the crumb did not move behind it. Repeat in layers.
Spread a little more cream on the last layer. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. It is better to leave for the night.
When serving, the cake can be decorated with white chocolate.
