Almost a Thousand New Patients With Coronavirus in Ukraine

In Ukraine, 2.231 million cases of coronavirus COVID-19 have already been recorded, an increase over the day on June 23 – more than 900, which is more than the day before. At the same time, 559 people were hospitalized per day, which is more than the day before. This was reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

In Ukraine, 937 new cases of coronavirus COVID-19 were detected in a day. In particular, 33 children and 24 health workers fell ill.

This is stated in the message Coronavirus_info in the Telegram channel. It is noted that 559 people were hospitalized per day; 58 fatalities were recorded; 2 471 people recovered.

In addition, 54,343 tests were performed per day (including PCR – 22,496, ELISA – 11,418); studies by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 20 429.

During the whole pandemic in Ukraine:

fell ill – 2,231,914 people;

recovered – 2,157,732 people;

fatalities – 52,181;

PCR tests were performed – 10,739,672.

Over the last 24 hours, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kyiv (223), Dnipropetrovsk (59), Kharkiv (57), Donetsk (51), and Kyiv (51) oblasts.
