Also popular are the mono diet – a diet based on only one product. Chinese people can drink only tea or give up meat products (proteins) all day long. Of course, this method of weight loss can not be called useful, but if you do not abuse it for more than 3 days, it will not harm the body.

Yoga and Pilates are becoming increasingly popular among Chinese women. These sports promote weight loss, especially if you do them under the guidance of a professional coach.
But among Chinese women, there are those who go to fitness clubs for running, swimming, strength training. Cycling or similar exercise equipment is tried to be excluded: in China do not like too inflated legs. Locals believe that the beauty of the body lies in skinny legs. The procedure builds a good relief of the body, working perfectly in combination with acupuncture. Chinese women like to use this method in the spring to prepare for the summer.
Herbal teas
The Chinese are fans of natural remedies for overweight. Herbal teas sold in pharmacies are especially popular among women. If you regularly drink infusions and decoctions, the body loses toxins and excess fluid, due to which there is weight loss.
