I share a family recipe that my mother taught me! The combination of liver and zucchini is an incredibly beautiful snack! There will be no different people at the table, prepare for health.

Zucchini with carrots in the filling gives this dish juiciness and some air freshness.
Ingredients:
chicken liver – 600 g (you can take any liver)
eggs – 2 pcs
flour – 2-3 tbsp. lie
salt, pepper – to taste
zucchini – 2 pcs
carrots – 2 pcs
garlic – 2 cloves
cheese – 100 g
mayonnaise
vegetable oil for frying
for decoration:
green onion
cucumber
cherry tomatoes
Preparation:
1. Wash the liver well and pass through a meat grinder.
2. Beat eggs well with a pinch of salt, then combine with the twisted liver. Stir gently and add a few tablespoons of flour (and salt and pepper to taste), mix again and leave for 15 minutes.
3. During this time, grate a couple of zucchini and as many carrots on a large grater. Add a little salt to the zucchini in a separate bowl to release excess liquid.
4. Fry liver pancakes in a small amount of vegetable oil. Make them small (several spoons) and quite thin. Fry on both sides. In another pan (in a small amount of vegetable oil) fry the carrots first. And then add the squeezed zucchini. Fry until cooked (in the prepared vegetables to taste add black pepper and a couple of cloves of garlic, enough salt from zucchini).
5. When the zucchini and carrots have cooled slightly, rub a piece of cheese there. Stir. And you can collect our snack. Coat each liver pancake with mayonnaise (do not get carried away with mayonnaise). Distribute the filling and so layer by layer.
6. You can decorate a liver cake to your taste, in the recipe for the top cake – cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, green onions. But before that, it is best to put the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours (before serving). Insist, soak, so you can decorate.
