Ukrainian Mykhailo Kokhan became the third in the hammer throw with a new personal record – 79.96 m at the “Irena Shewinska Memorial” in Bydgoszcz (Poland). This was reported in the FLAU.

Thus, 19-year-old hammer thrower Mikhail Kokhan came close to the result of 80 meters.
It should be noted that during the competition Kokhan twice sent a hammer for 79 meters, and from the Pole Wojciech Nowicki was only four centimeters behind. Another Pole, Pavel Faidek (82.77 m), won the competition record.
Polish women’s competition was won by Anita Wlodarchyk (77.93 m). Ukrainian Iryna Klymets was eighth (69.94 m).
Natalia Yurchuk finished ninth in the 100-meter hurdles – 13.90 s.
Christine Mboma from Namibia ran a distance of 400 meters in 48.54 s. This is not only the competition record and the best result of the season in the world but also the seventh result in the world in history.
