For quick preparation of jellied pie with cherries, you can use a simple recipe for kefir, which does not contain complex products. It turns out delicious and lush due to properly prepared ingredients. The cake is baked in the oven, which allows you to get a good crust and good readiness for the product.

Delicious pastries can be made from simple products. You do not need to buy sour cream, butter, or cheese. It will turn out lush and very tasty without them.
Ingredients:
eggs – 3 pieces;
sugar – 1 tbsp .;
kefir – 1 tbsp .;
flour – 2 tbsp .;
baking powder – 10 g, or soda – 0.5 tsp .;
vanillin or vanilla sugar;
pinch of salt.
Cherries can be fresh or frozen.
The recipe can be easily modified with additional ingredients that will also affect the original taste. These can be cherries, plums, strawberries, and other berries or fruits. If desired, you can add pieces of chocolate or cinnamon to the dough. The structure of the dough will be positively affected by refined vegetable oil if you add it in the amount of 70-80 g
Preparation:
Gradual preparation of the dough will be the key to delicious baking:
1. Prepare the cherries: if they are fresh – rinse, drain the water, remove the stones, and leave in a sieve or colander to drain the juice. When the cherries are fresh-frozen, you can get them at the beginning of the dough. It will be enough if it melts a little. The same should be done with the juice – the excess should be drained.
2. Take eggs, break them into a container for kneading the dough, and beat. Not necessarily to a stiff foam.
3. Add sugar, and beat for another 2 minutes to dissolve the sugar a little.
4. Pour kefir, preferably at room temperature. If soda is added as baking powder, it is better to mix it with kefir at once. At this stage, vegetable oil is added if desired.
5. Add flour, vanilla, and baking powder. You can mix with a whisk. It breaks lumps better. The dough should not be liquid or thick in structure. It should flow thickly from the spoon – a wide strip. With infrequent stirring, the cake may rise and settle. In the end, you will get a low and dense product. If you knead the dough thickly, the cake can turn out “rubber”, because the recipe contains neither butter nor sour cream – products that have more fat than yogurt.
6. Grease a baking dish with oil. Parchment is used if desired. Pour the dough into a mold and spread the berries on top.
7. Put to bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 45-50 minutes. The time depends on the capabilities of the oven. If it is heated more, the cake can be prepared earlier. The appearance of the product will tell you that it is ready. And you can see with a wooden stick, which you need to pierce the cake. There should be no pieces of raw dough left on it. You should also keep in mind that it can be wet because the cherries will give extra juice during baking.
8. The finished cake should be removed from the mold, and after cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
