Today we offer you to cook zrazy with mushrooms. Tomorrow you can cook the same zrazy, but with cabbage. There are many options for fillings, but let’s start with the mushroom.
Ingredients:
For the dough:
1 kg of potatoes
2 carrots
5 tablespoons flour
salt
For the filling:
0.5 kg of mushrooms
2 bulbs
oil
ground black pepper
salt
For frying:
flour
oil
Preparation:
Lightly fry the chopped onion in oil, add sliced mushrooms and fry until the liquid evaporates completely, not forgetting salt and pepper.
Peeled potatoes and carrots cut into small pieces, boil in salted water until cooked, mash, add flour and mix well.
Then take a little potato dough, flatten it into cakes, spread the mushroom filling on them, and form slices in the form of cutlets.
Roll the prepared slices in flour and fry in oil on both sides until golden.
On a side note
Serve the zrazy hot, drizzled with sour cream and garnished with fresh herbs.
As a filling, in addition to mushrooms, you can use cabbage, minced meat, liver, fish, cheese, cheese with herbs, green onions, and eggs. However, you can be original and come up with something of your own.
