Kyiv. Ukraine. Ukraine Gate – July 12, 2021 – Tourism and Travel
The hotel project is the country’s thinnest skyscraper at 410 House Street with an aspect ratio of sixteen to one. The hotel has 173 hotel rooms with six suites on each floor, and a 100-meter-high tower will be built in the city center with a “podium” just 6.4 meters high.
The “Pencil” tower is located on a laconic platform, emphasizing the delicacy and detail of the neighboring buildings. The three-story base contains a lobby, café, and living room, and the patio is for communal use and faces the street.
