The abundance of vegetables allows you to combine them in the summer in a variety of options. You can make a salad from fresh vegetables in just a few minutes, baked vegetables and grilled vegetables are very tasty. Vegetable stew can be no less tasty and useful.

Vegetable stew – a universal dish. It can be served hot or cold. It goes well with both meat and poultry, and as an independent dish does not lose. You can vary the ingredients, and even more so their ratio, according to the season and your preferences.
Ingredients:
0.5 cabbage
300 g of mushrooms
100 g of beans
3 pods of bell pepper
2 carrots
2 bulbs
1-2 cloves of garlic
green
oil
ground black pepper
salt
Preparation:
Peel and wash all vegetables and mushrooms.
Boil pre-soaked beans.
In a deep frying pan, fry the oil and fry in it the chopped onion with chopped mushrooms, then add the chopped carrots and fry for another 15 minutes.
Chop the cabbage and, lightly salted, grate with your hands. Bulgarian pepper cut into strips. Prepared cabbage and peppers add to mushrooms and stew under the lid.
10 minutes before cooking, add boiled beans, salt, and pepper.
In the finished stew enter the garlic passed through a press and chopped greens and mix gently.
On a side note:
If you use wild mushrooms, they should be pre-cooked for 10-15 minutes.
Choose a bouquet of greens to your liking. Dill, parsley, cilantro – nothing extra will be.
To give the vegetable stew a light sharpness, add a slice of hot pepper, for sourness – a few tomatoes or 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream.
