fresh chicken liver;
chicken egg;
spices;
sunflower oil;
salt;
wheat flour.
The number of ingredients can be chosen independently, depending on the desired size of the dish, as well as individual taste preferences.
Preparation:
First of all, you need to thoroughly wash the liver, as well as peel and wash the onion. Next, the chicken liver should be finely chopped into arbitrary pieces and placed in a deep bowl.
There you need to send finely chopped onions and break a chicken egg. Add spices, salt to taste, and wheat flour on top so as not to form a liquid and not very dry dough.
No matter how good the pan is, it cannot be fried without preheating, as the products will stick to the coating.
After the frying pan with sunflower oil has warmed up, it is necessary to spread the dough with a tablespoon, giving it the desired shape.
Liver cutlets do not require a lot of time for complete cooking, so they need to fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Ready-made cutlets can be served as a side dish or as a separate dish.
