From today, the Netherlands opens its borders to Ukrainians. Tourists will be able to travel according to the rules of “visa-free” without additional restrictions. This was announced by Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba on Twitter.

“The Netherlands will be open to Ukrainians from 9:00 on July 22, as recommended by the EU Council. Full-fledged visa-free travel, as in the good old days, ”he wrote on his Twitter.
The Netherlands does not require a negative test. Entry of citizens of Ukraine-holders of biometric passports is possible “for all purposes of travel without restrictions and without Covid-vaccination certificates in accordance with the recommendations of the EU Council.” However, passengers will have to fill out a “health questionnaire”.
Ukrainians who have undergone a full vaccination course can now travel to Estonia for tourism purposes.
