According to entrepreneurs, the Kyiv City Council deputy plans to put on the agenda and adopt a draft decision “On some issues of temporary construction of commercial, domestic, socio-cultural or other purposes for business activities in Kyiv.”
Entrepreneurs claim that this will be done “in violation of procedures, without decisions of the relevant standing committees of the Kyiv City Council, without the conclusions of the central executive authorities, with a falsified M-test.”
