China’s Shanghai Commercial Center and neighboring coastal regions have canceled all flights and stopped subway trains and closed businesses ahead of the expected Typhoon In-Fa on Sunday afternoon.

At 8 a.m. (00:00 GMT) on Sunday, the typhoon passed about 95 km from Zhoushan, a major port in Zhejiang, and was moving at a speed of 15 km per hour, according to China Meteorological.
According to the Chinese Meteorological Administration, the wind speed in In-fa reached 38 meters per second (137 km / h).
The typhoon is expected to pass north along the Zhejiang coast around noon, passing Shanghai and reaching the northeastern province of Jiangsu by Sunday evening.
The Zhejiang Emergency Management Agency has raised the response to the typhoon to its highest level by closing schools and markets and suspending traffic.
Both Shanghai, home to about 26 million people, and Hangzhou in the south have canceled inbound and outbound flights since Saturday. The Shanghai government has said it will slow down subway trains, and Hangzhou authorities have warned residents that subway trains will be stopped.
According to the official Xinhua news agency, Shanghai Disneyland will close on Sunday and Monday due to weather conditions, while the city port of Yangshan evacuated hundreds of ships.
Central China is still experiencing record floods that have killed at least 58 people, cut off the power, and forced more than 1 million people to flee the floodplain.
The floods in the central Chinese city of Zhengzhou last week killed 12 people who were trapped in the subway system.
