“Portugal opens on July 26 for all types of travel for Ukrainians in accordance with the recommendation of the EU Council. Country after country, we are returning the full effect of visa-free travel with the EU, ”Kuleba wrote.
Sweden will be open to all Ukrainians from July 26 and will be allowed to enter Spain.
