Ukrainians were allowed to enter Luxembourg regardless of the purpose of the trip.

From now on, Luxembourg is open to all types of travel for Ukrainians in accordance with the recommendation of the Council of the European Union.
“+ 1 EU country, with which we restore the full effect of visa-free travel,” the minister wrote.
It is noted that Ukrainians need to have a biometric passport of a citizen of Ukraine to travel abroad, documentary proof of purpose of travel, proof of financial capacity, and health insurance policy, which is recognized in the European Union.
Before boarding the aircraft, you must provide one of the certificates:
on vaccination against coronavirus with vaccines recognized in the EU – AstraZeneca, BioNTech / Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson or Moderna;
certificate of recovery;
a negative test for coronavirus in electronic or paper form, which is made no later than 72 hours before the departure of the aircraft.
