In Ukraine, there were 2.251 million cases of coronavirus COVID-19, an increase over the day, July 29, – 962, which is higher than the previous day. 488 people were hospitalized per day, which is at the level of the day before. This was reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

“For the day of July 29, 2021, in Ukraine recorded 962 new confirmed cases of coronavirus COVID-19 (including children – 51, health workers – 49),” – said in a statement.
Also for the last day:
– 488 people were hospitalized;
– fatal cases – 14;
– recovered – 504 people;
During the day, 19,397 people were tested:
– by PCR,
– by ELISA – 7,997 people,
– by rapid tests – 13,934 people.
During the whole pandemic in Ukraine:
– 2,251,869 people fell ill;
– recovered – 2,186,353 people;
– fatalities – 52,930;
– PCR tests were performed – 11,360,926.
Over the last 24 hours, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kyiv (233), Odesa (83), Kharkiv (72), Donetsk (69), and Dnipropetrovsk (64) oblasts.
