In Ukraine, 2.253 million cases of coronavirus COVID-19 were recorded, an increase over the day, July 31, – 484, which is lower than the previous day. 473 people were hospitalized per day, which is at the level of the day before. This was reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

“For the day of July 31, 2021, in Ukraine recorded 484 new confirmed cases of coronavirus COVID-19 (including children – 16, health professionals – 7),” – said in a statement.
Also for the past 24hrs:
– 473 people were hospitalized;
– fatal cases – 6;
– recovered – 131 people;
During the day, 13,745 people were tested:
– by PCR,
– by ELISA – 2,676 people,
– by rapid tests – 10,029 people.
During the whole pandemic in Ukraine:
– 2,253,269 people fell ill;
– recovered – 2,186,994 people;
– fatalities – 52,951;
– PCR tests were performed – 11,395,330.
Over the last 24 hours, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kyiv (86), Odesa (55), Dnipropetrovsk (41), Kharkiv (40), and Kyiv (24) oblasts.
Quarantine to counter the spread of a new type of coronavirus in Ukraine was introduced on March 12, 2020. Then it was repeatedly continued and transferred to the form of adaptive quarantine in the summer.
