The billionaire is convinced that the previous competencies are no longer relevant because in 2021 a new business environment is already being formed.
Soon there will be a demand for people who are able to combine the efforts and skills of different professionals from different fields. The entrepreneur believes that one of the most relevant new professions can be a “data installer” – a person who knows how to process large amounts of information and use it for various purposes.
The appearance of a “translator” will not prevent this yet. That is, he will be the one who will conditionally be able to bring together a team of doctors, mechanics, lawyers, psychologists, and hairdressers and make them work together on one project and understand each other. It’s not that simple – to learn everything and explain everything in an accessible language.
Finally, society needs talented interaction specialists. First, there was the personnel department, then the human resources department, and now that’s it. Not only will the name change, but the responsibilities and functions of the profession, in general, will also change.
