Slovakia resumes passing international buses through the Uzhhorod-Vaishno Nemetsky checkpoint. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

According to the Slovak side, from 07:00 (Kyiv time) on August 1, 2021, the passage of international buses engaged in regular and irregular passenger traffic through the Vyshne Nemetske checkpoint (from the Ukrainian side – the Uzhhorod checkpoint) is resumed.
At the same time, the Slovak side emphasizes that the quarantine measures determined by the Government of Slovakia will apply to persons arriving on the territory of their state.
In particular, all unvaccinated persons over the age of 18 (with certain exceptions) will be subject to self-isolation for a period of 14 days.
It can take place at home or inappropriate institutions. Self-isolation is terminated if during this time the person has no symptoms of COVID-19 or if the person has a negative PCR test performed no earlier than the fifth day after arrival in Slovakia.
Slovakia also reminded of the need for early registration of all travelers aged 12 and over on the government website: https://korona.gov.sk/ehranica.
