We offer you to bake corn with spices. Corn, cooked according to our recipe, turns out juicy and very fragrant.

Ingredients:
4 ears of corn;
75-100 g of butter;
5 cloves of garlic;
2 teaspoons of salt;
black pepper peas;
sweet pepper peas;
coriander;
dried basil;
dill.
Preparation:
Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Washed dill finely chop.
Put salt together with pepper, coriander, and basil in a mortar and grind into a powder.
Combine softened at room temperature butter with a fragrant-spicy mixture, dill, and garlic and mix well.
Peeled corn cobs smeared on all sides with cooking oil, wrap each in parchment, then in foil, and stand for 15-30 minutes, so that the corn is well soaked in flavors and oil.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180-200 ° C.
On a side note:
The bouquet of spices can be varied and selected to your taste. Thyme, rosemary, oregano, curry will go well with corn.
In addition to dill, you can use parsley, cilantro, or any other greens.
If you prefer light spicy food, add a chopped piece of chili pepper to the oil mixture.
The moment of grinding spices in a mortar can be skipped, and take ready ground peppers and herbs, but the aroma of freshly ground spices is much richer, which means that the finished dish will be tastier.
Instead of a bouquet of spices, you can use swan or any other flavored salt.
