The American actor, known to many for the series ” Dexter ” and “Mentalist”, has died. Jay Pickett was 60 years old. The actor died suddenly during the filming of the new movie “Treasure Valley”.

“Jay Pickett, our protagonist, screenwriter, producer, and creator of this film died suddenly as we were preparing to shoot the scene. There is no official explanation for his death, but it seems to have been a heart attack,” his colleagues wrote about the actor’s death.
Everyone who was next to the artist in the last minutes of his life tried their best to help him. However, Jay Pickett was not rescued.
“Our hearts are broken, and we mourn with his family, which is so devastated by this shocking tragedy,” added the artist’s colleagues.
Jay Pickett has acted in 43 movies and TV series. His most famous works are “Dexter”, “Mentalist”, “Desperate Housewives”, “Maritime Police: Los Angeles”, “Save Grace” and “Days of Our Lives”.
The actor also acted as a producer in four films and a screenwriter in two films.
