Al-Sharifi completed her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Marymount Mount University in the United States in 2002.
She has over 10 years of experience overseeing high-impact public relations, marketing, and general internal and external communications projects in her role as a purpose-driven and passionate communications professional. Al-Sharifi is also a longtime campaign manager and employee engagement expert. Keen to further develop her career path, she has emerged as a self-constructed female leader and role model for ambitious Saudi women.
Prior to joining Integral, Al-Shanifi held several leadership positions in local and international organizations, including as Director of Marketing and Corporate Communication at Najm Insurance Services for two years, and as Director of Corporate Communications at Joy of STC.
She also worked as an Integrated Brand and Communications Manager for Philips Saudi Arabia and held several positions at Ericsson between 2009 and 2013, as Regional Director of PR and Media Relations in Dubai and Director of Communications in Saudi Arabia. In 2012, Al-Sharifi moved to Sweden where she lived and worked for one year, working as Global Director of Brand Engagement and Global Brand Manager for Ericsson Corporate Communications in Stockholm.
Inspired by the Kingdom’s leadership and its role in empowering women leaders in various sectors, Al-Sharifi has successfully contributed to the success of the organizations she has worked with, adding value to their communication processes and supporting the creation of a positive work environment through encouragement. For employees to share experiences and cooperate to achieve new achievements.
