The White House intends to require foreign nationals to arrive in the country after restrictions are lifted to confirm vaccination.

A White House spokesman said an interagency working group was developing a plan for “a consistent and safe international travel policy” that would require the vaccination of foreign nationals “with limited exceptions.”
The United States continues to impose restrictions on international travel due to the spread of the Delta strain and the growing number of infections in the country.
It is not clear when restrictions on travel from Europe, Mexico, Canada, and other countries will be lifted. In late July, the White House said the restrictions remained in place during the Delta dynasty.
The European Union also allowed travelers to vaccinate travelers from the United States as well as Britain and Canada.
