Queen Country Club chef Vitaliy Kupriychuk knows how to cook fragrant and juicy pork skewers. He shared a simple recipe that you can use and entertain your family and friends with deliciously cooked meat.
Ingredients:
pork neck – 1 kg
onion (large) – 4 pcs.
swan salt – 1 tsp.
green basil – 4 sprigs
mineral water – 0.6 liters
black pepper (coarsely ground) – 0.5 tsp.
sunflower oil – 3 tbsp.
Preparation:
1. Cut the meat into 4×4 cm pieces, cut the onion into rings and squeeze it into the meat. Then add all the spices and sunflower oil, mix well.
2. Then we need to mash the basil well so that it begins to emit juice and aroma, add mineral water.
3. Leave the meat overnight in the refrigerator and let the flavors make friends with each other.
