We all dream of finding a dessert recipe that would be both healthy and tasty and, preferably, not very high in calories.

The founder of Glossary Organic Products Anastasia Tsybulyak shares a recipe for natural organic ice cream that can be prepared at home. We suggest repeating Anastasia’s recipe.
ingredients:
800 g of rhubarb
400 g of powdered sugar
1 lime
oil for lubrication
1 teaspoon of sea salt
½ teaspoon of match powder
100 g of peeled pistachios
Preparation:
1. Cut the rhubarb, then place in a large saucepan with 175 g of powdered sugar and 100 ml of water and cover with a lid.
2. Bring to a boil, then remove the lid and simmer for 5 minutes until the rhubarb is cooked through. Set aside until cool.
3. Transfer to a blender and make a puree. Squeeze the juice of half a lime. Taste, and if necessary, add more sugar and lime (it should be thin, but not depressing taste).
4. Beat in ice cream for about 20 minutes or until smooth and set.
5. To make chopped pistachios, lightly grease a baking tray lined with baking paper with oil.
6. Mix the matcha powder with a little hot water, then add 75 ml. Pour into a small skillet with powdered sugar and put on medium heat.
7. Bring to a boil, stir gently. Simmer for 4-5 minutes or until it turns dark brown-green (or until the temperature reaches 150 ° C on a thermometer), then pour into a greased pan.
8. Cut into large pieces and pour the pistachios on a baking sheet and 1 teaspoon of sea salt, then allow to cool. Then break into pieces.
9. To serve, let the sorbet stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then spread on plates and sprinkle with pistachios.
