In popular among Ukrainian tourists, Georgia has again banned nightclubs – both outdoors and indoors.

This was reported by ” Georgia Online ” with reference to the statement of the head of the operational headquarters at the interdepartmental coordination council Georgy Gibradze.
“The operation of nightclubs is prohibited both outdoors and indoors. The implementation of this regulation will be even more strictly controlled. The operation of food facilities is limited in the period from 00:00 to 05:00, which will also be strictly controlled by the state,” – the statement said.
In addition, according to the report, such social events as weddings, memorial services, anniversaries, and others are now banned in Georgia.
“Owners of catering establishments or other ritual halls will be fined 10,000 GEL (about 87,000 hryvnias) for such an event, and if the violation is repeated, the facility will be sealed,” Gibradze said.
Also, ” Georgia Online ” reports that according to an interactive map published edition of The New York Times, on the basis of figures last week Georgia ranks first in the world for dynamic distribution coronavirus. Thus, the number of new cases of infection in the country over the past seven days averages 3,758, and thus per 100 thousand population there are 101 new cases of infection. At the same time, over the past two weeks, the number of patients with coronavirus in Georgia has increased by 68%. According to last week’s death rate from the virus per 100,000 population, Georgia ranks fourth in the world.
The last time quarantine restrictions in Georgia have tightened was only two weeks ago.
Conditions of entry to Georgia for Ukrainians
To enter Georgia by air, you must provide a certificate of vaccination (any drugs) or PCR test, which must be taken by adults and children over 10 years. Unvaccinated tourists are also required to repeat the PCR test at their own expense three days after arriving in the country.
