These can be complex mixtures of vegetables with meat, fish, or mushrooms, the preparation of which will take a long time. We offer an express version of the filling, which is prepared instantly, but at the same time, the taste of the cake will not lose at all.
Ingredients:
for the dough:
200 g of flour
50 g of butter
1 egg
3 tablespoons water
0.5 teaspoons of salt
For the filling:
400 g of tomatoes
200 g of ham
for filling:
200 ml of heavy cream
100 g of parmesan
2 eggs
1 teaspoon dried basil
ground black pepper
salt
Preparation:
Combine softened butter with egg, pour cold water, add sifted flour and salt and knead the dough. Wrap the finished dough with cling film and knead for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
To pour, combine beaten eggs with cream, add half the amount of grated cheese, season with basil, salt, pepper, and mix gently.
Put the cooled dough in a greased round form, forming the sides, put on it diced tomatoes and ham, pour the cream-egg mixture, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake at 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes.
On a side note:
Parmesan can be replaced with cheese, feta, or mozzarella, and ham-boiled or fried chicken.
