President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Ukrainian ambassadors to three small European countries: Liechtenstein, San Marino, and Andorra.

The text of the relevant decrees №352 / 2021, №353 / 2021, and №354 / 2021 was posted on the official website of the President on Wednesday, August 11.
“To appoint Artem Rybchenko, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Swiss Confederation, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Principality of Liechtenstein part-time,” the document reads.
In addition, the President appointed Sergei Pogoreltsev – Ambassador to Spain – part-time Ambassador to the Principality of Andorra, as well as Ambassador of Ukraine to Italy Yaroslav Melnyk – Part-time Ambassador to the Republic of San Marino.
