For the first time, the original of the Latin-language Constitution of Pylyp Orlik arrived in Ukraine. It will be possible to see the historical exhibit from August 16 at the exhibition, which will be held in Sofia Kievskaya.

This is the first Constitution in the world that determined the foundations of the state structure, the form of government, and in which the state borders were outlined. It was already at that time about the integral and inviolability of the borders of Ukraine and the restoration of brotherhood with the Crimean state,” Tkachenko said …
The Constitution will be presented at the Swedish exhibition “Rarities of the Ukrainian Cossack State – Hetmanate of the 17th-18th centuries.” in Sofia Kievskaya.
There will also be three more antique items of that time on display:
Mace of Hetman Pylyp Orlik from Linkoping City Library,
two originals of hetman Ivan Mazepa’s station wagons,
Mosque guardian (a sign of Dignity of the Chairman of the Ukrainian State or Kleinod Hetman Ivan Mazepa).
By the way, everyone will be able to see the historical exhibits starting from August 16.
