Such appetizing creamy pasta in the sauce is prepared in one frying pan. Washing only one pan is much easier and faster, which makes this dish especially attractive for busy housewives!

Ingredients for pasta with cream sauce:
200 g of pasta;
1 st. l. vegetable oil;
1 processed cheese;
500 ml of milk;
salt and spices to taste (very tasty with oregano and dried garlic).
Preparation:
Pour a spoonful of vegetable oil into the pan. Pour the pasta and fry over medium heat for a couple of minutes until golden brown. This trick will slightly enhance and improve the taste of pasta, as well as help them maintain shape after cooking.
When the pasta is slightly browned, put 1 processed cheese and pour hot milk. Cover with a lid, reduce heat, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
During these 10 minutes, open the lid once about 5-7 minutes from the beginning of cooking to stir. After 10 minutes, stir again – the liquid should be very little, and the cheese will be very soft. Remove the heat to a minimum and then cover for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve ready-made pasta in a creamy sauce with any meat or fish dish! Even without meat, they are delicious on their own – try to cook!
