Ingredients:
Minced meat – 600 g (you can have any meat, pork in the recipe)
Onions – 1 pc. (150 g)
Zucchini – 2 small (350 g)
Potatoes – 1 pc. (90 g) in minced meat and another 2-3 potatoes to cut into slices and place in a saucepan
Carrots – 1 pc. (100 g)
Baton – 4 slices
Milk – 70 g
Garlic – 1 clove
Semolina – 1 tbsp.
Salt – to taste (in the recipe 1 tsp)
Ground black pepper – to taste
Preparation:
1. Fill the dried loaf with milk. Leave for a few minutes.
2. Grind meat, potatoes, carrots, onions, zucchini, garlic, loaf in a meat grinder.
3. Add semolina and ground black pepper. Put the minced meat in the refrigerator for 15 minutes so that the semolina swells.
4. add salt to the stuffing. Form cutlets. Fry in vegetable oil until ruddy crust, do not need to bring to full readiness.
5. Put potato slices in a saucepan, put cutlets on top. Pour a little water (100 g). Stew the cutlets under a closed lid for 10-20 minutes until fully cooked.
