Although this does not surprise anyone, it is impossible not to mention it. It became known that Apple has once again postponed the planned return of its employees to the offices. And according to the authoritative news outlet Bloomberg, the aforementioned company has postponed the date of return from October this year to January next year. However, this is not yet completely reliable information, because the schedule currently available to the public, at least for now, remains preliminary.

The aforementioned tech giant reportedly told its employees in a memo that the company would confirm a deadline for reopening offices and returning to them exactly one month before employees are expected to return to their corporate jobs. Just like many other employers, the same iPhone maker is gearing up to adopt a hybrid mode of operation first. Apple obviously expects employees to visit the office at least three days a week. Ideal days for Apple itself are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
On Wednesday and Friday, employees will work remotely. It is important to note that the previous postponed deadline for returning the company to a more or less old job, which was set for September, met with very active resistance from some employees at once, who claimed that their votes were ignored. And by the way, the same group of workers also demanded the possibility of remote work for the whole week, even after the global pandemic was a thing of the past. Well, as for retail, Apple, if you are not aware, has repeatedly been forced to close its stores at the very moments when outbreaks of new cases of COVID-19 infection were recorded.
Also just this week, the corporation was forced to close its store in Charleston, South Carolina. The reason was that more than 20 employees were infected with COVID-19. It was this decision that reflected the risks that Apple faces every time it resumes its normal work scenario. Apple, by the way, decided to reopen its retail stores at the beginning of this year but has not yet announced whether it plans to close them again due to the spread of COVID-19 in the Delta version.
