The recipe is very simple and fast, the jam turns out delicious and with it, you will be able to diversify your pastries.
Kyiv. Ukraine. Ukraine Gate – August 22, 2021 – Kitchen
Ingredients:
apples – 2.5 kg (apples have sourness – more pectin and the jam is thicker)
sugar – 1.8 kg
water – 50 ml
Preparation:
- Wash the apples to remove all damage, stalks, flowers, seed pods. Cut into pieces.
- Now the apples need to be stewed. In a stainless steel pan pour 50 ml of water, pour the apples and cover with a lid. Send on low heat, wait until the apples release their juice, and add a little fire. Stew to the pulp, stirring occasionally.
- Beat well with a blender, the mass is not very homogeneous, so everything needs to grind through a fine sieve.
- Send in a saucepan with a thick bottom, add sugar, mix well and send on low heat. Boil until thickened 30-40 minutes after boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the jam into jars and cover with lids.
You can store both in a cool place and at room temperature.
