The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba was awarded the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary. The corresponding decree was signed by President Vladimir Zelensky.

“To give Kuleba Dmytro Ivanovych, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary,” the document reads.
Posthumously
In particular, the Ambassador of Ukraine to Thailand Andriy Beshta received the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary posthumously.
By decree of Volodymyr Zelensky, the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the First Class to the Ambassador of Ukraine to Serbia Oleksandr Oleksandrovych and the Ambassador of Ukraine to Finland Olga Dibrova was also conferred.

During the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Independence Day, Zelensky awarded Monatic the title of “Honored Artist of Ukraine.”
