In the state of Hidalgo, a Mi-17 transport helicopter of the Ministry of the Navy fell. The incident took place on Wednesday 25 August. The helicopter crashed as the pilot attempted to land it while flying over areas hit by Hurricane Grace.

In the video, you can see that the helicopter suddenly lost altitude, began to rotate, and fell. As a result of the accident, the tail boom of the helicopter was completely destroyed. The blades and fuselage were also damaged.
At the time of the fall, there were 20 people on board the helicopter, including representatives of the Veracruz state authorities and military personnel. Also on board was State Interior Minister Eric Cisneros, who received minor injuries.
According to media reports, as a result of the incident, four people were injured. There are no fatalities.
