In Ukraine, 2.282 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 have already been recorded, an increase over the day, August 27, – 2 thousand, a small increase against the figure the day before. More than 700 people were hospitalized per day, less than the day before. This was reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

“For the day of August 27, 2021, in Ukraine recorded 2,082 new confirmed cases of coronavirus COVID-19 (including children – 108, health workers – 35),” – said in a statement
Also for the last days:
- 708 people were hospitalized;
- fatalities – 54;
- recovered – 1,025 people.
During the day, 27,605 people were tested:
by PCR, – 8,272 people
by ELISA, – 22,258 people by
rapid tests.
During the whole pandemic in Ukraine:
- 2,282,285 people became ill;
- 2,205,707 people recovered;
- fatalities – 53,686;
- PCR tests were performed – 11,931,126.
Over the last 24 hours, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kyiv (266), Lviv (189), Kharkiv (187), Donetsk (157), and Donetsk (157) oblasts.
