The prosecutor’s office returned to the community 57 hectares of land in the Vinnytsia region that were not used for their intended purpose. The press service of the prosecutor’s office of the Vinnytsia region reports about it.

As noted, the value of the land plot is UAH 7 million.
“Prosecutors have established that the tenant received a plot of land with a purpose for haymaking and cattle grazing. However, the businesswoman plowed it and sowed it with sunflower, which caused additional funds not to reach the local budget, ”the department said.
The prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit.
