The Ministry of Education has developed a draft State Program for the Restoration and Development of Student Dormitories, which aims to provide students with places in dormitories and improve their living conditions.

The draft program was published by the Ministry of Education for public discussion.
In particular, the State Target Program provides for the repair and reconstruction of old dormitories, construction of new ones, and completion of unfinished dormitories.
In addition, the program proposes to create safe living conditions and ensure the availability of dormitories, which includes repairs of electricity, heat, water supply, drainage and sewerage, modernization or installation of fire protection systems, providing dormitories with unobstructed access to facilities.
The program also provides for the creation of comfortable living conditions by equipping dormitories with gyms, laundry rooms, rooms for independent work, halls for training and group work, equipped with modern furniture, and more.
The public discussion of the draft resolution will last until September 17.
