In Ukraine, 2.293 million cases of coronavirus COVID-19 have already been recorded, an increase over the day on September 2 – almost 2.7 thousand, a slight increase against the figure the day before. More than 820 people were hospitalized per day, which is more than the day before. This was reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

“For the day of September 2, 2021, 2693 new confirmed cases of coronavirus COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine,” the Ministry of Health said.
Also for the past day:
826 people were hospitalized;
fatalities – 45;
recovered – 1,112 people.
tested: by PCR – 23,538 people, by ELISA – 7,305 people, by rapid tests – 21,532 people.
During the whole pandemic in Ukraine:
fell ill – 2,293,541 people;
recovered – 2,210,866 people;
fatalities – 53,922;
PCR tests were performed – 12,055,523.
Of the patients for the past day: children – 171, health workers – 40.
Over the last 24 hours, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kyiv (321), Odesa (236), Kharkiv (231), Lviv (213), and Dnipropetrovsk (191) oblasts.
According to Worldometer, a resource that monitors the situation with the coronavirus in the world, Ukraine ranks 18th in distribution and 19th in the number of deaths from COVID-19.
